I am so thankful that you had so many good things for you to be thankful for. We pray for you all. Did G hear our late birthday message? Did her dress fit? I am still working on the Christmas gifts, but right now I can't get to my sewing. Allison and the 2 little ones slept in that room, so I put everything away. Hope I can find it all:) Last Sat I took the children to see and feed reindeer. Then the big highlight -- Allison's 4 got to ride in the tractor with Papa while they were harvesting. Chase kept saying "It was fun." Mother
ReplyDeleteYes, the dress fit, except the sleeves were a little short. BUT I think I will add some black lace to the cuff to make it look longer, and think it will look nice. What do you think? She wore the dress to church on Sunday there in Chico and she really likes it. : )I love the smocking--the black thread and tiny roses are so elegant.
ReplyDeleteShe got home and asked us to check the answering machine because she was hoping there would be a message on it for her, and sure enough, there were two! One from you two and one from the Williamsons. So that was a treat for her. : )
